This weanling is Friesian/Thoroughbred cross bay colt out Firetop, an ex-race mare, sired by Encino , and is a son of Alex ut de Finnen, Reserve Champion of his class at the Friesian Grand National Horse Show, Lexington, VA, October, 2005,and at the July, 2004, USDF Black Hills Dressage Show,  Alex received the top scores in his classes.  Beau's grandsire,  ANTON 343 was RESERVE CHAMPION OF THE WORLD  in his class in 2003.
Beau is  16.3 at 2 YO.,  strong, straight boned, very  well developed. with fluid movement.  His personality  definitely is that of a Friesian, curious, loving, gentle & intelligent.  You just fall in love with him when you meet.  The Friesian cross seems to have a natural "give to pressure", no "sulking".  He trailer loads, ties, trims, , is up to date on shots and is on a regular worming program.  He is an eye catcher with his shiny coat, (which will be a rich bay), white star and hind sock,  big brown eyes and gentle manners.    As athletic as this colt is, he will do well at dressage, hunter/jumper, eventing or whatever  you wish to do.    He really is a buddy!   Beau is registered with the Friesian Sport Horse Registry.
